Do you ship worldwide?

Of course, we provide worldwide delivery to most of the countries in the world. Please select your country at checkout, and the delivery cost will be automatically calculated according to value, weight and volume of your parcel. All international deliveries require a signature when they are delivered.

Do you charge for home delivery?

The delivery is FREE of charge anywhere in Cyprus for orders over EUR (€) 40.00.

For orders in Cyprus, less than EUR (€) 40.00, a delivery cost of EUR (€) 8.00 will be added at checkout.

For International and Worldwide orders, the delivery cost will be set automatically at checkout according to the weight of your order and the delivery address. (Please select your country at checkout).

Once I place an order, how soon can I get them delivered to my home?

Your order usually dispatched and delivered 1-2 working days after placing your order online.

The estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Within Cyprus deliveries: 3-5 working days
• European Union Countries: 5-15 working days
• Worldwide deliveries: 5-20 working days.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed within 1-2 working days after you place your order.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, we only deliver door to door and a signature is required upon receiving your order.

Do I have to pay any other charges?

For international orders, please note that you may be subject to import additional duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. In this case, customers are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

Delivery will take place between 8:00 and 18:00 and in all cases a signature will be required.

In case you are not present, someone else representing you can sign on your behalf.

Otherwise, the courier will leave a note to your door to reschedule delivery time.

What about delivery delays?

If your order does not deliver on time due to weather conditions, breakdowns or for any other reason not in our direct control, please contact us and we will make sure to advise you how to solve the problem immediately.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not have Cash on Delivery option. You always pay for your order online with 100% secure payment system.
